About Isaac J. Rehberg

Obed T. Appraisals is the residential real estate appraisal firm of Isaac J. Rehberg.  Isaac has lived in San Antonio since 1992, when his father was stationed at Fort Sam Houston.  Isaac graduated valedictorian from Fort Sam's Robert G. Cole High School in 1997.  In 1999, Isaac began working at a local appraisal firm while attending the University of Texas at San Antonio.  In 2003, Isaac graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  Just a few months prior to graduation, Isaac became a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.  He has been working as a contract appraiser ever since.

In 2011 Isaac earned his Master's degree from Wayland Baptist University, and plans on eventually pursuing doctoral studies.  Isaac founded Obed T. Appraisals in 2010, and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2014.

In addition to appraising, Isaac is an ordained Anglican priest, and serves as the Assistant Rector at All Saints Anglican Church of San Antonio.  Isaac is a longtime guitar and bass player, and has been active in local music.

Isaac has been appraising in San Antonio since 2003.  He has been working in the local appraisal industry since 1999.  As an almost-life-long San Antonio resident, Isaac is intimately familiar with the city and its surrounding areas.  He has appraised in eleven Texas counties and in dozens of Texas towns and cities.  Prior to founding Obed T. Appraisals, Isaac worked with several appraisal firms on a contract basis.
